About
So, I had this “friend”…
They had aspirations for a career and a loving relationship.
Although people kept telling my friend that she had the skill and talent to achieve her dreams, my friend did not believe it.
My friend’s negative thoughts got louder and louder the more people gave her compliments.
The Downward Spiral
Her mind kept telling her, “They are just telling you that to make you feel better; you aren’t that good; there are others that are better.”
The more and more my friend aspired to create the dream, the louder the voice became – until my friend started to believe the negative voice, and the voice became who they thought they were.
The disappointment set in and self-destructive behaviors started.
We all know I’m not talking about my friend.
Was it me? Or is it you?
Is it someone you know?
Your Own Worst Enemy
We’re unable to fulfill our lives because of negative thoughts and feelings.
Some of the most creative people try to hide their potential from themselves.
There are hidden hopes and dreams that keep you going most of the time.
But in the quiet moments, the feeling of ‘not being enough’ creeps in again.
That negative voice may be saying something else to you.
Even in the times of success and acknowledgement, the feelings can still be there.
Therapy is about slowing down the process, becoming aware of tension in your body, finding your breath, noticing too many thoughts, or no thoughts at all.
Slowing the spiral by giving yourself the space to express the hidden thoughts and feelings that are bottled up…
Slowing down the process, becoming aware of when and how it starts, having a safe space to express the hidden thoughts and feelings that may have been with you since childhood…
Slowing down to find emotional safety to process your emotions…
Set yourself free to live your fullest life.
Building your internal confidence and having external emotional support will allow you to follow your heart with clarity and confidence.
Our work together will help you find a connection with your internal world and manage the external pressures, so you can create the life you want to lead.

About Me
It all started at a Fro-Yo store in Santa Cruz, CA.
I saw a poster for a program at John F. Kennedy University in San Jose, CA, that specialized in holistic psychology which included somatic and transpersonal psychology.
I could finally combine my passions of body and mind healing and help others in a professional setting.
Unfulfilled in my corporate career, aspiration allowed me to seek meaning and change in my life through individual therapy, yoga, non-dual meditation, group therapy, and eventually changing my career to help others that struggle like I did.
It was not easy making the decision to go back to grad school, but I would have it no other way. I am privileged to be able to sit with others in their pain and transformation.
Years of seeking allowed me to gather the courage to change my career and the trajectory of my life.
